Some of whom I have been watching for nearly a decade, so it is my honor to show their works to the rest of the world. Many thanks to musician Sopor Aeternus, who took the time to work with me and my co-designer for answering interview questions and supplying us with photos for her new album release. Some other featured artists are Lucas Lanthier, Danny Malboeuf, Michael Brack, Galina Vasileva, Katrina Gerkof, Karen Jerzyk, B.D. Miller, Sidizenkain, David Miller, Tiffany Ann, Asphyxia Noir, Dave O’Connor and Sisters of the Moon designs. The printed issue is as meant to be seen, the free preview is not an accurate rendition.
If you add me as a facebook “like” page you’ll know exactly when to see a free online version, or how to order the physical magazine. The printing is beautiful, I am just triple checking it in my hands so I don’t have typos and everyone is properly credited. There is so much amazing art in this that you may need to leave it on your toilet tank so you don’t poop your pants.

Gaunt is dedicated to showcasing obscure, up-and-coming artists who specialize in the dark arts. Every issue features a new selection of photographers, painters, musicians, and other expressionists whose work might be characterized as “goth,” “macabre,” “morbid” or “alternative” in order to illuminate the beauty and brilliance to be found in these genres.
